The company started off as Keith Ho Racing a sole proprietor offering only local horse racing until it was rebranded in 2002 and thereafter began trading as betXchange expanding to include all facets of sports betting. In 2003 Keith Ho was the third bookmaker in South Africa to acquire an online licence in order introduce the online sports book to the general public. Once licensed with the Gauteng Gambling Board betXchange.com was born and the legacy continued.
